In Malice’s Wake is one of Australia’s premier thrash bands having played around Oz multiple times and having a musical career spanning a decade three studio albums “Eternal Nightfall” 2008, “The Thrashening” 2011, “Light Upon The Wicked” 2015 as well as the “Visions Of Live Destruction” in 2014. In Malice’s Wake are soon set to drop their highly anticipated 4th studio album and also released the cover of Morbid Angel’s “Immortal Rites” from the classic “Altars Of Madness” album 1989.
I caught up with guitarist/Vocalist Shaun Farrugia from Australian thrash metal titans In Malice’s Wake to discuss the forthcoming album, the cover of the classic Morbid Angel track “Immortal Rites“, New Dead, Thrashfest, working with Chris Themelco on production and so much more.
