Hailing out of Adelaide is one of South Australia’s top metal prospects and a band that I enjoy the heck out of Shatter Brain, a band that seamlessly mixes in elements of thrash, sludge, death metal. I first caught Shatter Brain at their second ever live show in 2018 and I was instantly hooked, after their set I went straight to the merch stand and grabbed the Demo, as well as some, sic Shatter Brain Mosh shorts.
Since 2018 Shatter Brain has come up through the ranks and built a solid reputation playing all across Australia and Asia. Shatter Brain’s next release was a fkn ripper of an album the twelve-inch split with good friends and tour mates Blunt Shovel ( Another band I highly recommend you checking out and crannking up ).
Recently Shatter Brain announced they had signed with Wormholedeath for the release of their highly anticipated debut full-length album “Pitchfork Justice” set for release 1st of May 2020. I caught up with guitarist Matt Disisto to have a chat about it all.
